We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, warm and always on time.
Please note our shipping policy as follows:
- We currently deliver to limited pincodes. Please check the list of our serviceable cities before placing the order.
- Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
- We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 30-45 minutes of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 1 hours, to ship the order as we may have to cook it hot. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 1 hour, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email / SMS informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment.
- We ship on all days (Monday to Sundays), excluding public holidays.
- To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through our delivery boys.
- If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care or mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Return & Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept the return of packages within 30 minutes of receiving the order. Please ensure the product being returned is unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original box and packaging. EESPL reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is opened or the product looks used.
There are some products that we cannot take back if the company seal while packaging has been opened. This is for hygiene reasons. Example - Cakes, Sweets, Fruits, etc
In case the product received is the incorrect product, we would refund 100% of the product cost if intimated immediately or within 15 minutes on receipt of the product. We urge you not to accept a product in this case. We will also bear the return shipping for any incorrect product delivered.
For all refunds we will refund the amount to same mode of payment as used during checkout. Refunds for cash on delivery will be made in cash. The Online refund will be processed within 3-5 business days
If the customer chooses to cancel the order before the product is shipped, he will be entitled to a 100% refund. Incase the product is shipped then the policy as mentioned above will be applicable.
